我目前179/79,一個半月前179/86,在健身房瘦了將近8公斤,可是現在去的次數差不多,一個禮拜4~5天,可是體重下降越來越慢我希望能瘦到75公斤,再來練線條可是我現在還是有肚子,我想邊瘦身變練手臂的的2.3頭肌,有些問題想要請教各位前輩:1.我平常到健身房都是先使用滑步機40~50分鐘,休息之後,再依序作腹部跟�
